Progress report sets help you manage an entire reporting cycle for a grading period, from setting up reports for teachers to reviewing completion and sharing final reports with students and families.

You must have at least one report template before creating a report set, since every set is built on a template. Only admins can lock, unlock, share, or withdraw reports. Teachers cannot perform these actions, but updates reflect instantly on their end. You cannot delete a report set if any report within it has been locked or shared. Any updates to the linked template after a report set is created will not retroactively change an existing set unless explicitly synced. Only locked reports can be shared with students and families. Students and families receive notifications when reports are Shared. To edit a shared report, first withdraw it, then unlock it.
