Reviewer setup lets you manage teachers’ portfolio publishing permissions and assign reviewers for teachers who need their posts approved.
✏️ What can I do on this page?
From here, you can assign reviewers to approve teachers’ portfolio posts and manage their publishing permissions.
Search for teachers using the search bar or using the filter option.
View each teacher’s Display role, Classes, Permission, and Reviewers (if any).
To update permission settings:
Click Edit to update permissions.
Change a teacher’s permission to Create and publish or Create only.
Assign or remove reviewers for teachers with Create only permission using the dropdown.
Click Save to apply updates.
To Configure default permissions for new teachers added to the school:
Open the Settings icon on the top right to set default permissions.
Choose the Default permission for new teachers between Create and publish or Create only.
Assign a Default reviewer when using Create only permission settings.
💡 Things to keep in mind
Teachers with Create only permissions must have at least one reviewer.
Default permissions apply only to teachers added to the school in the future, not existing ones.
All changes take effect immediately for the selected school; therefore, refrain from changing these settings frequently.
