Levels define the seriousness and importance of incidents within each sentiment group — Negative, Neutral, and Positive. Each sentiment has its own set of default levels, which you can revise as per your needs.

Use this page to set up and manage levels for each sentiment for your account.
View the default levels for each sentiment and the number of incidents recorded under each. Click the gear icon next to any sentiment group (Positive, Neutral, or Negative) to manage its levels. Add, edit, delete, or reorder the levels. Click Save to apply your changes. Things to keep in mind
Each sentiment group maintains its own independent set of levels. Each sentiment group must have at least one associated level. Levels already linked to incidents in the current academic year cannot be deleted. Any edits made to the levels (including order) instantly update how they appear during incident creation.
