Go to Course → Course plan. Locate the unit you wish to download.You can download a unit in two ways:From the unit planning page: Click the three-dot menu on the unit card and select ‘Download planner’.From within the unit: Open the unit, click the three-dot menu on the top-right corner, and select ‘Download planner’.

All tabs of your unit plan, including Unit Flow and Evidencing (which are not part of the Quick download), can be selected for download.You can choose specific sections to include within tabs that have multiple sub-sections, such as ‘Inquiry & Action’ or ‘Reflections’.Planner:Unit flow:Evidence & Reflections:
Toddle allows you to download your unit plan in a format that’s simple to share, review, or store.
With flexible download options, you can generate a concise overview or a detailed copy of your planner, choosing which sections to include. This helps you tailor your documentation for collaboration, reporting, or curriculum review.

You can choose between two options:
Quick download
Use ‘Quick download’ to instantly generate a PDF version of your unit that includes the main planning sections — Planning (or Inquiry & Action) and Reflections. This option excludes the Unit flow and Evidencing sections.
Note: All links, attachments, and media added anywhere in the unit appear as clickable links in the downloaded file.
Custom download
Use ‘Custom download’ to generate a detailed version of your planner and decide which parts to include in the PDF:
Once your selections are finalized, click ‘Download’. A PDF copy of the planner will be emailed to your registered address.
Note: The available sections and their structure may vary based on your school’s planner configuration. The examples shown here reflect a standard MYP planner. Your school’s version may include additional or renamed sections.
Once ready, you will receive an email to download the PDF copy of the Unit.
Note: The download link remains valid for 30 days from the date of generation.
Once downloaded, the planner PDF displays each selected section as it appears on Toddle — maintaining the same headers, sub-sections, and formatting. This ensures the printed or shared copy mirrors the digital planner view.

Student and family download
When a unit is shared with students or families, they can view it in read-only mode.
From the three-dot menu in the shared unit, they will see a ‘Download’ option that performs a quick download of the unit plan.
This version includes Planning (or Inquiry & Action) and Reflections, but excludes Unit flow and Evidencing.
