How can I view my gradebook as an MYP student?

The Gradebook on Toddle gives you a clear view of your child's academic progress across subjects, grading periods, and assessment types. In MYP, your child is assessed against four criteria per subject, and their performance on each criterion contributes to an overall IB grade.

View your Final grades gradebook

The Final grades section opens by default. Each row represents one subject. For each criterion, the table shows a Grade column with your score on the MYP 1–8 scale and a Standards column with the corresponding performance descriptor, such as Acceptable or Outstanding. Your overall score and, where configured, your final IB grade on a 1–7 scale also appear. Use the Grading period(s) dropdown in the top right to filter by term.

View your Assessments gradebook

Click Assessments in the left panel. Select a subject from the left sidebar and use the term tabs at the top to switch between grading periods. Each row represents one assessment. Any evaluation results your teacher has shared will appear in the row, which may include criterion grades for Criteria A, B, C, and D, a score, or other evaluation tools. Use the Search bar to find a specific assessment, or use the Criteria, Tools, Types, and Categories filters to narrow the list.

Frequently asked questions

Q. Why can I not see any grades in my gradebook? Grades are only visible once your teacher has shared them. If a section appears empty, your teacher may not have shared the grades for that grading period yet.
Q. Can I edit or change my grades? No. The gradebook is read-only for students. Only your teacher can record and update grades.
