How can I view my gradebook as a PYP student?

The Gradebook gives you a clear view of how you are performing across all your subjects. You can see your overall scores, individual assessment results, progress on learning standards, and skill ratings on both the web and the Toddle app.
Note: What you see in your gradebook depends on how your school has set up grading and what your teachers and school have chosen to share with students. Some sections or columns may not appear if they have not been enabled for your school.

Gradebook on the web

To begin, navigate to:
Homepage > Gradebook
You will see multiple sections within the Gradebook page:

Final grades gradebook

The Final grades tab shows your overall performance across all your subjects for each grading period.
What appears in the table depends on how your school has configured grading:
If your school uses score-based grading, you will see an overall score column for each grading period.
If your school has configured additional grade scales alongside scores, for example, "Achievement level" or "Knowledge," those appear as separate columns in the table.
If your school has configured assessment categories, a category score column may also appear, depending on your school's visibility settings.
If a local grade has been configured, a local grade column will also appear.
The grading methodology and grade scales can differ from one subject to another and from one grading period to another. For example, your school may use scores for some subjects and letter grades for others.
Use the Grading period(s) dropdown in the top right to filter the view.
If your school has configured a local grade, a local grade column will also appear. Use the Grading period(s) dropdown in the top right to filter the view.

Use the Search bar or the evaluation tool and assessment categories filters to narrow the list.

Frequently asked questions

Q. Why can I not see any grades in my gradebook? Grades are only visible once your teacher has shared them. If a section appears empty or shows dashes, your teacher may not have shared the grades for that grading period yet.
Q. Can I edit or change my grades as a student? No. The gradebook is read-only for students. Only your teacher can record and update grades.
