How can I view and manage year groups for my school?

Year groups in Toddle represent student cohorts that progress through grades over academic years. Toddle pre-creates year groups based on your school structure. You can view the list of year groups, change their display name, and download them for offline use.

You can view year groups for each school along with their mapped grade and student count.
Note: In the IB Diploma Programme, an additional Examination session column displays the examination session associated with each year group.
To delete a year group, click the bin icon on its row. A year group cannot be deleted if students are currently mapped to it. Deleting a year group is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need the year group before deleting it.
To view which students are assigned to a particular year group, click on the student count.
While rostering students, each student must be assigned to the correct year group. Read to learn more about adding new students to your school.

Click Edit in the top-right corner of the year group manager page.
Update the Year group name as needed.
Click Save to apply your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
