The Family members page allows you to manage all family accounts connected to students across your schools.
Use this page to invite family members, update their information, download lists, and manage access permissions.

Manage all family-related data and actions from this page.
View a list of all students and their family member connection status, including: Total classes that the student is associated with Family invite code and student sign-in code Invitation and connection status Invite family members in bulk using: Email invites: Send invitations via email with a unique link for each student’s family. Printable invites (PDF): Generate PDF invitations containing a unique family invite code and QR code, which can be shared manually with families. Use the Download button to: Download list of students with family not added (xlsx): Export a list of all students who do not have any connected family members. Download list of all family members (xlsx): Export all family accounts linked to students in your schools. Download student list (xlsx): Export the full or filtered list of students along with key details. Use the three-dot menu against each student to manage individual actions: Invite family via email: Send an email invitation to a family member for the selected student. Print family invite (PDF): Download the invite as a PDF to share manually. Edit family information: Update details for already connected family members. Reset family invite code: Generate a new invite code for the student; the previous code becomes invalid. Remove family member: Unlink the family member from the student and immediately revoke their access. Things to keep in mind
Family members connected through SIS sync are auto-linked and do not receive email invites. Invitation links sent by email expire after one week. Expired invites must be resent to ensure the family member can connect. Resetting a family invite code immediately invalidates the previous code. When updating a connected family member’s email: The existing connection is removed. New invite is sent to the updated email. Removing a family member instantly revokes access for that family account. Blocking a student also blocks access for all connected family members. Resetting codes (family or student sign-in) allows you to choose whether to keep or revoke access for currently connected users.
