Custom datasets let you create and manage your own skill or competency lists, beyond the ones provided by default on the platform.
Each dataset is set up in one of three formats: Nested checklist, Checklist, or Cards, depending on how you want teachers to view and use them.
What can I do on this page?
Use this page to access and manage datasets that have been created for your school.
Browse and search all available custom datasets using the search bar or filters. Open a dataset using the View & edit option to populate or update its items. Use the actions menu (⋯) on each dataset to: View & edit – Open the dataset to populate or update its items. Include in planning insights – Add the dataset to Planning Insights so it appears in analytics dashboards. Custom datasets are not included by default. Download – Export the dataset and its contents into a spreadsheet for review or offline editing. Things to keep in mind
Custom datasets appear in planning templates only after they are configured. Including a dataset in planning insights allows your school's analytics to reflect teacher tagging and usage across unit plans. If you need a new custom dataset, reach out to your Toddle Buddy.
