Attendance calculation lets you configure how overall attendance percentages are calculated and displayed for students in each school.

Use this page to define how overall attendance percentages are calculated and displayed across schools.

Select a school from the tabs listed at the top.

Choose which attendance records to use (Daily or Period-wise):

This option appears only if the school records both Daily and Period-wise attendance.

If the school records only Daily or only Period-wise attendance, that method will automatically be used with no selection required.

Choose the format of the percentage value, including:

The number of decimal places to display

Whether to round or truncate the calculated percentage

These settings determine how student attendance data appears in reports, dashboards, and family views.

The attendance calculation method is configured individually for each school.

The calculation method depends on the school’s selected attendance recording frequency.
