Actions represent the consequences or follow-up steps that can be applied to a behaviour incident. These actions are versatile and can be applied to incidents of any sentiment - positive, neutral, or negative.
There are three predefined actions, but you can add custom ones to match your organization’s policies.

What can I do on this page?

Use this page to view and manage actions for your account.
View all the platform-defined actions along with their applicable sentiments.
Click Add action to create a new action.
Enter a name, select the sentiment(s), and choose who can apply the action.
Use the three-dot menu to edit or delete an action. Or, disable any Toddle-defined action if you do not want staff to use it, using the same three-dot menu.

Things to keep in mind

Three built-in actions are permanently part of the system. They can’t be removed to preserve stability, but you may disable any of them if they conflict with your school’s policies - except for the mandatory platform action, Referral, which cannot be disabled.
Deleting an action does not affect incidents already tagged with it.
The roles you select under Who can apply this action determine which staff can assign this consequence.
