Click Create academic year at the top right to add a new academic year.Enter the start and end dates for the academic year. The name will be generated automatically based on the selected dates.Click on an academic year row and use the Edit button at the top right to make changes.You can delete academic years, but only if there is no data linked to them.
You can only create one academic year within a given time span. Two academic years can't overlap.
An academic year defines the overall school year duration at the account level and serves as the foundation for reporting, planning, and curriculum timelines across all schools within the account.
While academic years are defined at the account level, grading periods within an academic year are configured separately for each school.
