The Serenity
Our first trip to Sedona and we had an amazing time! The house was very spacious for 5 people and very clean! The location was great, very close to shopping and shuttles for hiking. Wish qe had longer to stay and explore. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay there again!

This is a fantastic house that comfortably fit our group and came with great amenities. The location was perfect and not far from any of Sedona’s popular attractions and hiking trails.

House was pretty and clean as showed didn’t have many issues the heat didn’t really surface well through out the house some areas were cold

Had to purchase Hulu to get TV, no microwave, drainage in one bathroom was clogged and very inconsistent water temperature ( hot water went from hot to scalding). Overall, the home met our needs and proximity to the airport was great but came with noise depending on what runway was used for departures and arrivals.

The perfect spot for our girls weekend! From the Johnny cash wallpaper to the neon glow on the rooftop, we felt like we were staying in Nashville! Stephen was very responsive when we needed him. Great communication, on point. We would definitely go back!

Dolly's Oasis is the perfect place to stay for a girl's trip! A lot of thought went into the decor and configuration of the house, which made staying there a great experience! There were 11 of us, and it never felt like there wasn't enough space for everyone to be in the same area. The neon signs and murals were great for photo ops, and we loved the rooftop deck. There isn't much nearby in the way of restaurants and stores, but it seems like the area is being developed quickly. The short drive to downtown definitely made up for that! We never had an issue getting an Uber/Lyft for a reasonable price. The host, Steve, was great about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

By far the best air bnb I’ve stayed at. Brand new, clean, and had everything we needed. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and over all space to accommodate our large group of people. Best part is that it was only a 10 to 15 minute drive to everything such as Broadway, airport, local restaurants. 10/10 :)

This was a beautiful new, trendy, hip home. It is just as pictured and in a great location. The views from the roof were beautiful! The game room was so much fun! There were ten of us and we had plenty enough room to still maintain privacy. Stephen was a great host and extremely responsive. We look forward to visiting again!

Everything was great. I highly recommend this property. Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. We had a glitch but not worthy to post due to the rapid response of management. I would DEFINITELY rent again if in the area.

Our family loved the house. We were in town for a sporting event in Glendale and the location was perfect. In addition to State Farm Stadium, there were a number of activities located very nearby. The house was great. It matched the pictures perfectly and the amenities were as listed. Between the pool, fire pit, and basketball court, there was something for everyone. Ric and Jen have other properties in the area, so they had all of the information we could ask for ahead of time. Overall, it was a great experience for our family and we will definitely rent again when in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at The Ace. The property looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. It was also very clean. I would stay at another one of Ric & Jen's properties.

Our group had such a wonderful stay at this house. It was easy to check in. They gave us a flexible check out time when we had a later flight. Everything was super clean. We didn't leave the house much because we were there to relax in the sunshine, but it was only about a 25 minute drive from the airport, and they had a digital guide in their home with information for things to do. They responded very quickly to questions we had. I couldn't recommend this home more, we are already looking at a return trip!

We had an amazing experience staying at the home at 14249 North 49th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. The pictures do not do this wonderful amazing home justice. Extremely impressed by the stunning decor and layout of the home, as well as the spacious and modern kitchen designed for a chef. We also appreciated the backyard and felt it provided a private outdoor vacation experience. The home comfortably slept 6 adults, with room for more. The host was responsive and addressed any questions or concerns immediately. This was my first Airbnb experience and it was a memorable and luxurious stay, making my birthday epic. I highly recommend this home as well as the host! Will definitely stay here again! 10 STARS!!!

Our stay at The Ace - Modern Retreat in Scottsdale was fantastic. From check-in to departure, everything was seamless, simple and straight forward. The accommodations were outstanding -- the home was very clean and had everything we needed, and the backyard was perfect (great heated pool, putting green, bags, etc.). The owners were very responsive and accommodating when we had questions. Would absolutely work with Ric and Jen when we return to AZ.

We stayed at Ric and Jen’s place with friends, including an infant. Ric and Jen were awesome with communicating with us; their response time was fantastic. They delivered a portable crib and high chair upon request. We had a water leak. Ric and Jen were wonderful by getting assistance within the hour we let them know. And their staff was amazing. We loved everything about this home and we were so comfortable and felt safe with the gated driveway. The beds were amazing and we had everything we needed for a great stay in Scottsdale.

My family of 5, with three adult children, stayed here when we travelled to Scottsdale for my mom's 90th birthday. It is a truly lovely house, and everyone felt extremely comfortable cohabitating for a long weekend. It feels very spacious, and is ideal for a family or a group of adults because everyone has their own space and it has a very pretty and open shared space. The back patio and pool are also beautiful. My only suggestion is that Ric and Jen state right up near the top of their "About This Space" section that it costs $100/day to heat the pool OR the spa. I thought I read their information carefully, but was surprised a) that the pool and spa can't both be heated, and b) that it was so costly to heat. They do share that information a bit lower in the description (not when they first mention the pool). It might not be an issue for most people, particularly in the hot months, but I mention it here so future guests aren't surprised.

The house was extremely beautiful. Everything was as described and pictured. Ric & Jen we’re very responsive to all of our needs and took care of any questions we had immediately. The airbnb added to the great experience here in Scottsdale.

the home is beautifully decorated, by professional team certainly, beds were comfortable, host provided supplies more than expected, plus thoughtful touches.
pool heating equipment had an issue just 1 day before our arrival but the team put a lot of effort and were able to fix in time
certainly we will return.

The home and neighborhood were nice. There were a few problems with the home that we notified the property managers of But they did not correct while we were there.
We did not have heat in the home and it was very cold and we were told to just take the space heater out of the garage. The thermostat didn’t have power to it so the home would not heat. The washing machine leaked all over the floor and we spent quite a bit of time cleaning that mess. Also, one of the showers was leaking.

Amazing house! Every little detail made this house the place to be in Scottsdale. My family enjoyed the beautiful and spacious bedrooms. The pool is wonderful. My kids loved the garage arcade and game room. All furniture and appliances were new. We felt right at home. Will visit and stay here again soon. Highly recommend!
