Engagement Survey Dashboard
Employees are the heart of a company. Because of this, it’s important to get frequent feedback on what you are doing well and what you could be doing better as a company. That’s where engagement surveys come into play. To learn more about what they are, check out my . I developed this dashboard when I was overseeing my teams engagement survey process. It helped me to: 1. Track company progress over time 2. Easily present the results to my team 3. Centralize team priorities to monitor After using it for years, I figured it best to publish for others to use! The page, is where all of your data lives and is what I first present to the team. To make this your own, update the following fields: Fiscal Year: Add fiscal year and quarter to the Column Headers and Overall eNPS Score Month-Year: Update the Month & Year you did the survey. You’ll want to remember this info. Themes: In the table, update the Themes that you are tracking in your engagement survey. 📝 Pro-Tip: Anything in blue is what you should update to make this your own! The page is broken down into two parts: : Ahead of the company meeting, add what themes scored highest and lowest. During the team meeting, brainstorm what to prioritize to make your teams engagement soar! Do this in person with post-it notes or digitally using something like a jamboard. 📝 Pro-Tip: Again, anything in blue is what you should update to make this your own!
