1. Facebook ads on a professional level


We see that you have Facebook ads running, and that’s just great! Anyway, there are some improvements that can be done to make your ads perform much better. Thus, you will save money and get more applications from relevant candidates.

We design ads focusing on drivers’ core pains and challenges. We have conducted a research based on all our communication with 130+ thousand drivers for three years to understand what is really important for drivers while choosing a job. It makes our ads relevant and cost effective.
Our designers create new ads for our current clients and we’re constantly testing them to get better results.
We always fine tune ad campaigns to make them as cost effective as possible. Thus, we avoid mistakes that 80% of agencies still make: i.e. we show ads only to people from relevant locations, don’t show ads to your current/terminated/disqualified drivers. We also connect your Applicant Tracking System with Facebook so that the algorithms find the most relevant drivers and show your ads to them

2. Applicant tracking system setup.


We’ve noticed that you probably don’t use any special applicant tracking systems for processing candidates (like Tenstreet, DriverReach, etc). We may setup any ATS for you, train your recruiters to work with it. Proper work with applicant tracking system will automate 50% of your recruiters work and save their time for most relevant candidates.
If you use some other ATS, we may set up integration with Facebook so that leads go to ATS automatically. It will optimize your ads (make it more effective) and hiring process in general by saving your recruiters’ time (hence, your money).

3. Improving your website.


You’ve got a well-design website with a blog - that’s great! However, there is one important thing to improve - you’d better get the SSL certificate because now connection to your website is insecure (screenshot below):

Why is it a problem?
Because it kills your website SEO optimization - people are not likely to find your website on a search engine. It means less organic traffic, less applications and less drivers hired. We may help you het the SSL certificate and help you make most of our website.
You may install Facebook pixel on your website. It's needed to track users’ behavior, collect data about those who view the page and fill out applications. It will help you to target your ads on interested and potentially interested candidates.
Your website looks professional and informative, but in the future you also need a targeted landing page for hiring drivers. We have developed such landing pages for most of our clients and they bring them a drivers effectively.

4. Improving your response time.

Transactional emails/text messages
We have filled out an application on your website as a driver interested in working at Silvicom. We noticed that your recruiter attempted to call us and sent us a text message in 1 hour - that’s really good!

However, your hiring process may become more effective if we set up automated transactional text messages and emails for you. Your candidates will receive text messages/emails with a link to the full application. Thus, your recruiters wouldn’t spend time on sending text messages and emails - it will be done automatically.

5. Optimizing your Facebook page


Setting up automated answers. If your potential drivers ask a question, they should get an immediate respond. According to our experience, it dramatically increases your chances to hire them.
Creating content engaging drivers in order to build a loyal community around your brand. From our previous experience, in 2-3 months your content will start bringing you hires with minimum expenses. We have attracted in total about 50,000 active followers for our clients and a part of these followers has become their drivers.
You’d better start using only your own media content and avoid pictures from stocks. Silvicom has nice-looking trucks, it would be great to use their pictures in your posts and ads. We organised photo shoots for our clients and created corporate videos to show their brands in the best light.

set up an applicant tracking system (if you don’t have one)

2. After the 1st month:


If you’re satisfied with our work we will continue and bring you enough applications to hire about
10 drivers per month
as discussed.

P.S. We work with different carriers: from 50 to 1300 trucks and our clients hire from 5 drivers monthly to 60+.
