Save KB pages as shortcuts for quick access

If you refer to a specific page more often than other pages, you can create a shortcut to it in your “My Shortcuts” section at the top of the pages list. That way, you can quickly access it from there.
This is a good practice to save the pages for seasonal discounts and then remove them once the offer ends.

Add a page to the shortcuts section

Hover over the page title in the left sidebar (pages panel)
Click the three-dots icon (...) that appears to the right of the page title
Choose the Add shortcut option
Notice the page now appears listed in a “My Shortcuts” section at the top of the sidebar

Remove any page from the shortcuts section

Hover over the page title in the “My shortcuts” section of the left sidebar
Click the three-dots icon (...) that appears to the right of the page title
Choose the Remove shortcut option
The page will be removed from the list.
If that was the only page in the section, the “My shortcuts” section will also be removed.

This is not the way.
Try clicking the ⋯ next to your doc name or using a keyboard shortcut (
