Steps Challenge

Rules / Guidelines
ONLY steps that are taken while walking, jogging, or running will be counted towards your total.
Submit your total steps everyday, for one week.
Begin on Sunday and the deadline will be the following Saturday at 11:30PM.
Using a fitness tracker (Apple Watch, Fitbit) would be the most ideal counter. However, your phone will also track your steps (access the Health app). Pedometers are also usable!
