We haven’t done any work on integrity for 18-24mths. Needs some love to ensure we sustain a trusting platform
A trustworthy, reliable platform will sustain growth and support any push into other segments
Without trust, there is nothing.
This is critical for me as it is an area that we can loose ground quickly. Once this happens it is very difficult to get back
Build scalable rapport and relationships with our agency network
Agency remains our Key Customer; it’s important that we continue to value add to their services and clients
Leveraging our network is where the value will be in the next 2-5 years.
Deliver a frictionless customer experience with incremental margin improvement
Similar to personalization we need to keep evolving our overall customer experience. If we do not get this right it opens an opportunity for our competitors.
Influence buying and selling decisions through personalisation and improved platform familiarity
Personalisation has just started and developments in a new APP and Notifications/Coms are game changers
We need to continue to make further improvements in this area as we grow, a clunky, timewasting UX opens opportunities for competitors
Digital influence is the real asset in most tech companies (when you peel the layers back)
Users demand this now - it is a hygiene factor we need to keep building on.

Grow market share and sales volume across new segments (Innovation Expandion -12)
Expenses have grown significantly, however, livestock boom won’t last forever. Machinery/CSs show we can diversify and drought proof the business
We have to diversity - like MA said at EvokeAg: An Ag business should be built to make good money in normal years and great money in good years.
Inspire and Grow our team
People & Culture Program needs some love. We have a pool of good ideas. Needs to come together.
Modernizing our workforce is essential. WFH, our purpose, carbon neutrality, our “higher ideals”. Hardwork and profitability is not the attraction for young talent.
