The Toronto housing market had stalled, so we got the place for a good price at an unheard of interest rate.
We moved in August, leaving behind our urban apt at Yonge & Davisville, which felt cramped under pandemic restrictions.
The Guildwood neighbourhood seemed idyllic, serene - a coherent element of a sought-after pattern.
Downtown TO was now a 45 min drive, but I felt so much closer to the things I cared about: family and nature.
5 min bike ride to ’s TPL, Moore’s YIG, Guildwood Pharmacy, Muddy Paws Pet Supplies, Guildwood Sandwich Shop, etc.
