Today I was feeling stressed from work so I did the daily uplift and felt refreshed. I was able to spend time with my family and finish the rest of work I had to do.

I woke up feeling a bit irritated so I did some breathwork and felt a lot calmer. I paired this with some nature lofi sounds and felt much better.

Before bed, my mind was still running very fast so I did the night time breathwork session and it slowed me down and got me ready for sleep. I slept very nicely 😌
