Now that you have your list of people, set a frequency for meeting. This is where “Role” can come in handy - your exec may generally want to meet with directs weekly, or skiplevels monthly...grouping helps make those determinations fast!
Each meeting has a default duration of 30 minutes, but this can be edited! Some staff may do better with longer or shorter meetings, feel free to change!
