"Demo Kit" for Each Chapter:

Phone tripod/stand

Clip-on lapel mic for presenter

Recording Protocol:

Before Demo: Set up phone on tripod (landscape mode), Test audio with lapel mic, Frame: presenter + screen visible Start recording 30 seconds before presentation

During Demo: 5-8 minute max presentation , Clear problem statement at start , Live demo of solution, Results/learnings at end

After Demo: Upload recordings immediately to [shared folder/platform] , Include demo deck PDF

Upon Receiving Demo:

Send to editor with style guides and best practices (Alisa)

Editor creates professional edit following AIT standards (Editor)

Content team develops LinkedIn post package (Coby)

Create LinkedIn post copy using demo video

Pull key quotes from presenter

Identify 1-3 discussion questions

Include 2 discussion questions in the post

Add CTA: "Become a member"

Welcome commenters to ask questions to presenter

Encourage presenter to engage in comment section

Create an email send-out to invite members to the conversation.
