Kyle and I were given a brand new controller and had to match the controller that is currently used for the Windracer.

Our group was responsible for changes to DATX #3 and #6. As part of the physical change team, I helped remove the extra switches on #3 so that it would match the controller provided. By taking out the screws that held the controls together, we were able to carefully unscrew the different switches and buttons that were not needed to fly the aircraft. The parts that were taken out were hot-glued back into the controller's shell so that they would be out of the way. We did this to make things run more smoothly and lower the risk of human error while flying the UAS. The software was flashed on controller #6, which means that the new version overwrote the old one. We did this by connecting the controller to a computer and following the on-screen directions. It is important to make both of these changes to the Believer so that the platform can do what the PIC does in the air.
