On Joslin install, week of 8/5/23 to 8/11/23, Jarrott had to diagnose issues, tighten bolts on stones, grease the lead screw, tighten the
pillow blockson primary honer, tighten set screws, align the shafts, fix stone size calculation in config file. Jarrot stated it "was the worst
alignment I have ever seen" come from Sisu manufacturing. There was a golden image issue that took many hours to diagnose. In the
end, the camera was not focused correctly.
Need to ship with some sort of shock/vibration validator.
Camera: Often has to be re-focused or redone depending on light and environment. We will need to better understand how this needs to be tuned
Chase down IFPS/FT Program mode
Investigate Bring up WI and identify if this was a MFG defect
Troax Inconsistencies
We’d like to design them out and have the replacement on our dev roadmap
Troax pieces need to be inspected and validate that we don’t have any surprise inconsitencies
When we make the next order of troax fences, we will need to re-quote the machine and raise the price.
