Bench Tree has only cut us a 25k PO

As we approach this, we need to get them to cut us a new one, especially if we’re starting to order parts

Have Jason and Seth have all their times in by Monday/tuesday so we can follow up with Bench tree

When we get the cost for the customer, we need to bill them + 10%

Little bit of spreadsheet work we have to do

Pull in the work from the PO and markup and show them that

We should just show them the markup price, instead of the base one

Really need to

long lead time parts on order

Making sure that what we’re ordering is actually checked and any risks are managed

Ask Isaac and Austin what the long lead time parts are, what they’re expecting is going to take long and what we can do to get them in faster
