Secondary robot Disconnecting across multiple sites, seemingly due to power troubles?

Robots seem to be disconnecting and not auto-reconnecting
Typically requires more than one power cycle
1.8 should have improved the ability to auto-reconnect. Is there for some reason a compromise on secondary side robots?
Efficacy of 1.8 Scanner Hotfix
#29 failing attempts to perform scanner cal after coming back from BTX. The hotfix didn’t fix it, but we are unsure whether the issue would even reasonably fix said problem
