4 E.) In my opinion, I don’t think Omni should be giving us a roadmap. The roadmap outlines progress, milestones, timelines, and goals. I think the customer should instead approve a 6 month roadmap developed by the PO based on the customer’s Epics. This ensures that the customer can only approve large scale deliverables and timelines rather than the work and planning required to get there.

11 A.) We should also probably review SAT. Their install process has changed a lot and I don’t think we’ve reviewed SAT since I’ve been here at SISU.
11 B.) Do we want to standardize how these claims are reported? With Finney, we spent ~ 2 weeks hearing different accounts from different individuals
