what if you eliminate that entire octant automation room?

and go from 10k compounds per week to a quadrillion compounds per week?

and do it all in an Eppendorf tube!

for $10k — 3-4 orders of magnitude cheaper than their setup

after this weekend i was thinking

why shouldn’t we be pushing the literal physical limits of what's possible?

previously i was thinking 10s to 100s of billions of compounds in a library

now i’m thinking quadrillions

this weekend taught me "fuck the conventional wisdom"

take nothing for granted on what’s possible
