Performance rating at Oracle


For executives
Once performance evaluation completed, the ratings will be imported as numbers (e.g. 103.50) into Oracle.
Then, we will keep the Oracle user able to maintain the rating numbers without need to edit the rating scales.

For non-executives
Once performance evaluation completed, the ratings will be imported as scales with mapped numbers(e.g. Leading = 110) into Oracle.
Then, we will enable Oracle user to maintain the rating scales “only” without need to edit the rating numbers, and system will set the numbers automatically based on select scale.

If the user edited the number with inequivalent numbers, system would validate and display error message as below.
