Personas

Personas: A precise definition of our user and what he wishes to accomplish.
Personas should convey the relevant demographic, psychographic, behavioral and needs based attributes of the target customer.
You need to speak to real customers to build a Persona.
Persona is not a one time process, and will not be right the first time. It’s an iterative process and you need to continuously improve the persona
