[CLOSED] To Submit Listing for aKDPhi Shopping Directory
GAF and OTA Forms can be found under the Active Resource Manual folder on GreekTrack.
In order to avoid too much of the same paraphernalia, merchandise will be approved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Chapter leaders will receive a confirmation that their chapter’s form is accepted. All items must comply with the standard process in which all αΚΔΦ paraphernalia is created (approved with Graphic Identity Approval Form and produced by licensed vendors only). Chapters wishing to sell items during aKDPhi Shopping must complete the Convention Shopping Form by Friday, April 22nd 2022.

Shopping Directory Form

Fill out the
Graphic Approval Form

Make sure to click “change” next to “You are logging in to the alpha Kappa Delta Phi’s website.” and change to your chapter’s page.
Fill out either the
One-Time Use Vendor Contract OR the Vendor Contract

Email GAF and Contract with the subject line, “aKDPhi Convention 2022 Merch – Chapter Name” to
convention@akdphi.org
