PROFILE OVERVIEW

Ajay Parasrampuria is a business innovation strategist with 20+ years of experience at the intersection of AI, systems thinking, and organisational transformation. He works with companies to convert operational delivery teams into innovation catalysts through structured experimentation, real-time decision systems, and facilitation tools.

Ajay is the founder of Business Design Lab, the studio behind Unbox - a gamified business thinking system used by enterprises to co-create AI-led transformation strategies. He is also the co-founder of Calm Studio, a diagnostics-based clinic and workspace for founders and innovators that integrates health, behaviour, and decision-making.
