Display as individual percentages

Pie if equal to or less than 4 answer outcomes

Bar if more than 4 answer outcomes

Open text

Display in table with all open text questions

Group same answers using NLP

Search for keywords in answers. Could also become multi-select

Numbers

Break into categories and display as chart

And/OR show as average

Picture

Voice note

i. Transcribe all voice notes and add into table (same as open text)

Shows percentage responses if MCQ

2. Show percentages on all bar and pie charts
