UI/UX Design Specification for Nigerian SME Dashboard

Introduction

Purpose: Outline the design specifications for a new dashboard page allowing Nigerian SME users to manage a Storefront and customer interactions.
Scope: The design will encompass two primary subpages: the Storefront Management and Customer Management.

User Profile

Target Users: Nigerian SME owners and operators.
User Needs: Easily manage an online storefront and customer interactions.

Page Layout and Design

1. Storefront Management Subpage

Theme Management
Users can select three colors to set the theme of the storefront.
Provide a color picker tool or pre-defined color schemes.
Storefront Preview
A minimal replica of the storefront showing layout changes in real-time.
Preview should include placeholders for components and images, not text.
Font Management
Selection of different fonts for the storefront text.
Option to preview font changes in the storefront replica.
Front Page Collections Management
Ability to create and edit up to two collections.
Each collection includes a title, subtitle, and selected products.
Store Description
A text editor to write and edit the store's description.

2. Customers Management Subpage

Customer List View
A comprehensive list of all customers.
Ability to sort and filter the customer list.
Detailed Customer View
Clicking on a customer shows detailed information, including past orders and reviews.
Order and Review Management
View and manage customer orders and associated reviews.
Highlight Order Feature
Option to highlight certain orders, which will be reflected on the product page in the storefront.

Interactivity and User Experience

Responsive Design: Ensure the dashboard is usable across different devices and screen sizes.
User Feedback: Interactive elements should provide immediate and intuitive feedback.
Navigation: Easy navigation between the Storefront and Customers subpages.
Help and Guidance: Tooltips and help icons to guide new users.
