Use the Alerts table to pull all alerts from your connected account. The sync on this table can be filtered by priority, status, and other fields.
Once pulled in, you can use the Ack and Resolve buttons to act upon the incident.
Create incident - incidents require a message and a priority level. Thus, a great way to use this button is to place it in the row of a table with said columns. Then, in the button settings, set the Message parameter equal to the row’s Message value, and the Priority parameter equal to the row’s Priority value
