We're excited to introduce a new feature that allows talent to receive references from former colleagues, clients, and employers.
Each reference you receive will improve your ranking on Pangea, and earn you’ll also points on the Pangea Leaderboard.
You'll receive a notification whenever someone leaves you a reference, so you can keep track of your progress.
And if someone you receive a reference from creates a Pangea account, they'll be attributed to you, earning you even more points.
This feature is a great way to boost your profile, and build trust with potential clients and employers.
