New Users: 1546 new users were acquired between Sept 22nd and Oct 1st. Homepage Interactions: Clicks on the homepage banner, rewards, and categories all saw significant increases in the latter period. This suggests successful design changes or promotions. Banner Clicks: Increased from 99 to 363. Rewards Clicks: Increased from 307 to 1089. Categories Clicks: 485 clicks. Referrals: Increased from 16 to 22 users. 2. Profile Completion:
Completion Counts:(total : 1546) More than 50% : 816 users More than 70% : 328 users 3. Event Registrations and Course Purchases:
Event Registrations: Decreased from 608 to approximately 200(from sep22 to sep 30) Course Purchases: Decreased from 34 to 7(sept 22 to sep 30) 4. Job Applications:
Application Count: Decreased from 2063(avg 99 per day) to 710 students(avg 88 per day)
avg Key Findings:
Increased User Engagement: Significant increases in user engagement were observed across multiple areas after September 22nd Profile Completion: Many new users completed their profiles to varying degrees after the feature was introduced. Referral Program Impact: The referral program shows consistent usage, but its impact on overall registrations and conversions needs further analysis Job Applications: A notable decrease in job applications was observed in the latter period, mostly because of the inconsistency on recruiter product and corelated challenges Actionables:

Handover of recruiter platform and changing the sole owner of all products to Abhinav without a breathing space to understand challenges raised out issues , which slowed down development in certain areas. Delay reasons : Migration knowledge gap and testing use cases for migration ( on both platform) Stakeholder Management : Keeping the same scope with multiple stakeholder has been the major challenge Control over Product requirements : Intervention of the different teams on product requirements has changed the requirements and not following of designs(designs had misses for recruiter) Testing for each platforms reasons for recruiter confusions: PRD <> Design mismatch ; Change of ownership for Hemant to Abhinav( all the PRD explanation and Tech calls done by Hemant + Noble and nobody raising or iterating the PRDs after that) ; Changing the scope because of timeline ( not cause of product calls, completely resource crunch based calls taken by Tech + Product collectively) NOTE : BEEP AI was always in the scope mentioned earlier and was signed off as well ; there are designs and PRD both for BEEP AI

Integrate ResumePal into the mock interview feature to provide users with automated resume feedback and interview preparation resources Video engine for Beep Bites smartlook UX analytics tool Business Validation and Planning: Conduct experiments to validate the Pro Plan pricing and features, gathering data to inform future iterations.(YTD preparing a doc for that) Develop a comprehensive feature plan for the Pro Plan based on the experiment results. Finalize the Product Requirements Document (PRD) for the Recommended Jobs algorithm and conduct beta testing to refine its accuracy and relevance
