We intend to compensate our developers with an hourly salary - with one to two developers on our core team to manage and direct the development process. The hourly salary will be bolstered by our ALM members. That’s our initial salary - we hope to cull the best developers to be consistent “problem’solvers on our team as well as open up our development goals to the public to create a space where all developers who are passionate about our mission to contribute.
“Early-birds” will get our first management positions. “Hourly” compensated developers we intend to manage as well as contribute to our development process publicly. We hope that all “passionate” developers will be given employment opportunities - however that depends on our growth and “stickiness.”
