Welcome!

OKRs stand for “Objectives and Key Results.” It is a collaborative goal-setting methodology used by teams and individuals to set ambitious goals with measurable results. OKRs are how you track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement from your team
Overview
This App is designed for you to set your strategic business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Then it will run and track the initiatives to achieve these OKRs.
It is mainly used by companies of any size! Follow up is very important, you are the best to decide the frequency of follow up meetings but monthly catch up meetings should be a good start.
This app has notifications being sent to Objective and key Result owners to update on the status of all initiatives
