Definition of Done

Facts:

All identified VC’s from the founder campaigns are contacted
Mark has approved all copy before any VC campaign launches
Prospect contact lists are properly structured
Add VC contacts to VC list only after 7 calendar days from the last automated outreach to all associated founders has passed
Do not wait more than 7 calendar days. (constantly rolling off new campaigns from the previously ended founder campaigns)
List has 3 contacts for every VC (where possible)
Scrubbed VC contacts against Hubspot records to ensure we don’t market to investors that mark is already in contact with.
Contact Types: “Prospective Investor”, “Investor”
Weekly meeting with Mark to discuss prior weeks campaign stats
Conversion rates (# of live responders)
# of appts set completed
# of appts completed

Function/Requirements:

Uses the same communication channels and journey map as the founder campaign the VC was associated with
Linked in first
Then email
HubSpot records and associated tasks are created for Mark. (same as founder campaigns)
Investor Dossier is mostly/fully automated and able to be created in 24 hours or under
Coda training document for EA (Needed for all fundraising campaigns but only listing here since it’s one training and does not need to be individualized for different campaign types)
