Post Inspection Survey

This experiment involves collecting immediate feedback from borrowers after virtual inspections. Upon completion of an inspection, borrowers will receive a quick survey via text message, allowing them to rate various aspects of their experience, including ease of use and inspector professionalism.
This survey is designed to take 1-3 min max. The collected feedback will be analyzed to identify areas for improvement within the inspection process.

Voting

Video is presented to the team with a link to all the concepts for a given cycle and experiments are then voted on and selected.

Scoping

Once the experiments are locked detailed scopes are created including budget, timeline, logistics and KPIs.

Execution

Experiments are conducted with a target sample size and KPIs are recorded for analysis.

Results

Data is organized in a database and results are presented to the executive team for review do determine future programming.
